New Wave Ventures uses experimental AI systems for internal projects, community pods, tools, and venture creation. All users and collaborators acknowledge the following:
⚠️ AI Systems
- Outputs generated by NWV agents or tools may contain inaccuracies and should not be considered as legal, financial, or professional advice.
- AI-generated work must be reviewed by a human operator before being considered final.
- NWV is not liable for damages arising from reliance on agent-generated output.
⚠️ Data Use
- We do not use private datasets from contributors unless explicitly agreed.
- All training or fine-tuning activity is conducted on publicly licensed or synthetic datasets unless stated otherwise.
⚠️ Open-Source & 3rd-Party APIs
- NWV uses open-source tools and public APIs where applicable.

🤖 Terms for Contributors Building Pods/Agents
If you contribute as a developer, designer, prompt engineer, or operator in building agents/pods under NWV’s projects:
🔧 IP Terms
- By default, IP belongs to NWV unless otherwise negotiated.
- Open-source pods can be submitted and licensed jointly if agreed in writing.
- Paid contributions are work-for-hire unless stated otherwise.
🤝 Collaboration Norms
- You must disclose if you’ve used copyrighted, private, or sensitive training data.
- All pods must go through a test + validation loop before deployment.
- Contributors must document and provide reproducible workflows for the pod.
💼 Visibility & Attribution
- NWV may showcase your name or handle (if agreed) in pod credits.
- Contributors are encouraged to maintain a Notion/README to track their builds.
